Here are 3 ways to take care of your body:


๐Ÿ’ช Healthy Food

Eat lots of fresh fruits & veggies, have minimum 50% of your food lively food (not cooked or processed), so you can get maximum vital energy for your body.

Ensure you have healthy snacks at your reach during the day, in case you are tempted to eat something between meals.


๐Ÿ’ช Exercise

Have at least 20-30 min of physical activity each day.

Discover an online yoga class, do some stretching or body movements between your meetings if you work from home, or just put your favorite music on and dance around ๐ŸŽถ๐ŸŽต ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿป


๐Ÿ’ช Regular Relaxation

Take regular moments to relax, distress, take a tea, have a nice bath, listen to some soothing music, put on a rejuvenating mask on your face, or just read a book that relaxes you.

Ensure you go to sleep at regular hours and have a good quality sleep, so your body feels replenished in the morning.
