Here are some tips for keeping your mind sharp and focused.


1. Read 📖


Reading 10 to 20 pages a day, can make you read a book of 200-400 pages in just 20 days time. 📔📚I find this a great way to keep a mind discipline, learn enormously and get inspired by all those great books out there. You can find inspiring books on any topic, either paper based or e-books.


2. Meditate 🧘🏻


Meditation is one of the best ways to regenerate & sharpen your brain. It allows us to disconnect from the train of thoughts we usually have and create mental space. This is great for increasing creativity, clarity and especially remove stress and relax us by distancing us from the things we struggle. I have already shared a post on meditation. Most probably I’ll come back to it from time to time. 😇


3. Focus & Fight Procrastination ✅


When we start focusing and start doing 1 by 1 the things we have on our mind, it unleashes enormous energy and it boosts our self esteem and appreciation for our own capability to achieve things.

➡️ An amazing way to help us focus and move us into action instead of overwhelm, is writing down.

🧾Making a list of everything that it’s on your mind, breaking things down and defining priorities, has a magic power to help us gain clarity, fight overwhelm and get moving.
