LETTING GO OF ANGER, FEAR, RESENTMENT

We know how important is to let go of resentment, anger, stress, fear, shame, guilt or other negative emotions that we experiment due to our own behaviour or others. Freeing ourselves from such emotions can unstuck us and allow us to move forward in life with energy and flow.
However, it is not always easy to just let go. 
To help you let go and unleash your past, I recommend you the "letter technique" that I have tried myself and I'm recommending in my coaching, which works wonderfully to remove the weight of negative emotions, conflictual relationships or heavy emotions from our shoulders.
